Christina Hutchinson is a mother, student and soon to be profes-
sional which made her the perfect candidate for a make-over in
order to update her look for the exciting next stage of her life.
For her new look Maggie chose to do something young and fresh
while making sure to keep it professional and easy to maintain.
She decided to bring Christina’s hair down to a colour that is closer
to her natural hair colour in order to make the upkeep of the look
effortless. She also placed multi-tonal highlights around her face to
add dimension to the overall look of the hair colour. Due to previ-
ous stress on the hair Maggie cut 4 inches off Christina’s hair while
adding face framing, softly textured layers to add body to her
naturally fine hair.
Christina has already been blessed with a fairly even skin tone so a
light dusting of mineral powder was applied followed with a peach
blush. She has beautiful blue eyes which really needed to be ac-
centuated to help make them pop! To achieve this, Maggie used a
soft mocha eyeshadow starting in the outer lid and crease,
fading into a light stardust shade in the inner corner of
the eyes. Then to complete the look she lined her
eyes with a dark brown cream liner, followed by
black mascara to bring this wonderfully new and
polished look all together.
